Excitement & Anticipation are at the top of my list lately. Finally after a two year “hiatus” from exploring the many beautiful destinations of the world, travel is back!
HAPPY EASTER! When you are reading this blog, I will have landed in Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport with a group of excited fellow travellers, whom I am very excited to share those long awaited adventures with.
Let the much anticipated journey begin – Amsterdam, a City I feel in love with at 18 years old and each time I return ~ it never disappoints. When looking through old photographs I decided the one I have used on my FB page, and the one to the Title page of this blog, will be updated and shared. This picture taken in 2016 along the Singel Canal you see the back of the Floating Flower Market to the left. This time, I plan to add myself in the photo!
While in Amsterdam we will be visiting some pretty exciting places prior to boarding a River Cruise for 7 nights aboard the beautiful AmaPrima (AmaWaterways), sailing two rivers the Rhine & Moselle.
When planning this trip I wanted to ensure that after all this time:
- There would be many exciting memorable moments
- New to not only my fellow travellers, but myself destinations I’ve haven’t been yet……
Everyone dreams of seeing, being & experiencing another place, customs & experiencing the unknown, only see in the “Movies” places. There are many, many reasons. What are yours?
